About Tyler

Tyler is such a cool little guy! He is approx 18mo old and weighs about 17lbs. He is a long and low boy that can be a bit opinionated so will do best with a confident, experienced dog owner. He can also sometimes be a bit insecure and bossy when he meets new dogs but with just a bit of encouragement and reminder to be nice, he will be off to romp and play within just a couple minutes, He is very sweet and easy going when it comes to interacting with his people. While getting adjusted to his new home, Tyler does get a little anxious when left alone so another small, well balanced, playful dog in the home is best. He is the perfect, beefy build for lots of hiking and he's small enough for lots of cuddling, too. As long as he gets lots of outdoor exercise, he is can be the perfect condo dog companion. He's not too vocal and he's somewhat independent so with a little training, he'd be a great office dog companion. Tyler is fully crate and house trained. Because Tyler is still a young boy, he should not be left home alone for more than 5-6hr intervals.
