Thanks for your cooperation!*** WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, WE ARE AN ALL-VOLUNTEER RESCUE WITH FULL-TIME JOBS. Please do not contact us to come look at a dog. We will contact you once we have reviewed your completed application if we think your home might be a good fit. A reference check, phone interview, and home visit will be completed before meeting an adoptable dog. We work quickly. Please do not submit an application until you are ready to bring a new furry family member home. Expect your references to be contacted shortly after submitting your application. We adopt out to homes around the US and Canada, but require that you are present for the meet and greet in Renton, WA. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable as we need these funds to cover medical bills. The adoption fee is due on the day of adoption in the form of a check, Chase QuickPay, PayPal, or cash. Volvo Volvo, 2 years old, 18.4 lbs, male, Shi Tzu mix possibly, neutered, heart worm negative, dewormed, microchipped, up to date on shots & just had a dental & polish. The loveliest & most dedicated boy you will ever meet to his humans was about to lose his sweet, loving precious life by being put to sleep in Korea at a kill shelter in KyoungNam but thankfully the amazing Koreon saved him from losing his precious lovely life. Volvo was rescued by the amazing Korean rescue & just as always we are beyond grateful to the Korean rescue & we are so extremely grateful for what they do day in & day out for these babies, we cannot thank them enough. Volvo was bought back to the USA where he is now a US citizen & is so happy to be here & can't wait to find their new loving forever home. This boy is nothing but pure, love joy & happiness. He loves, loves to be with people & will want to lay with you on the couch & snuggle with you or lay on his bed while you are in the kitchen cooking dinner. He is very smart, loves to eat & must be able to sleep in the bed with his people & snuggle up with you. Once he gets into bed with you he doesn't move. Volvo adores going on his walks twice a day & gets so very excited to go, he would go on more walks if you would take him. He loves to to rubbed on his belly & enjoys a lovely bath. He does have the tendency to rush out the door so a extremely careful eye is needed here as he does get excited & will run out the door. Volvo rides beautifully in the car & enjoys a good car ride, he also walks so great on a leash & loves to go on 2 walks a day. Volvo needs a home where people are his everything & a home where he can go to work with his new family would be perfect or if he is going to be home alone he would need another dog present. Volvo has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & he does really well around all breeds of dogs. Volvo needs to go to a forever home where someone is home during the day or he can go to work with them as he adores people & just wants to be with you. If he is going to be home alone another dog must be present. Volvo is is roughly 18.4 lbs, 2 years old, perhaps a Shi Tzu mix, male, he is neutered, microchipped, up to date on his shots, heart worm negative, dewormed & just had a dental with a scale & polish. Volvo has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it's always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not had him around small children so we do not recommend small children & it's always up to the family to be responsible with their children. We were not there when Volvo was conceived so we do not know who his parents were & it's always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Volvo's friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Volvo potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying.
