��ժ Please Share & Help Blake Find His #FureverHome ��ժ Ladies & gentleman, meet Mr. #Blake. He's 4-5 years old, 55 lbs & a #Shepherd/#Dalmation mix. Blake's just a goofy, loving boy who wants to nothing more than to have another dog to play with & hangout with his human friends. This big guy just craves human companionship. Blake is great with other dogs, older kids (10 & up because he's like a big puppy & likes to jump up & give hugs) & good with cats. He's 100% potty trained, 100% crate trained & great on a leash. To adopt Blake we are requiring a home with a fenced in yard & another dog to bond & play with. He absolutely loves, I mean loves other dogs! Blake has so much potential. He's very smart knows basic commands & has caught on immensely when it comes to positive reinforcement. Blake's eager to learn & at the end of the day, he just need someone to make him the center of their world. He was one of the 52 dogs from the Hoarding situation in Macomb & now has a fresh start. Could you be that person to show him what love is all about? Blake is currently up for adoption through the PRO-PET-OTIC Foundation. Our adoption fee will include his distemper, rabies, bordetella, parvo, and lepto vaccines; deworming; microchip; heartworm test; & being fixed. Blake is heartworm negative & is currently on heartworm prevention, as well as flea & tick preventative. Once you have completed the application, please print it out, fill it out, scan it, & then email it back to [email protected]. The PRO-PET-OTIC Foundation is a 100% Foster-Based Rescue that is ran by all Volunteers. Which means that we are not a shelter & each animal is in an actual home with a foster family. We kindly ask that you put any questions within the email & our team of Volunteers will get back to you within 3-5 days. The application MUST BE filled out, a Vet Check MUST BE completed by our team, as well as a phone interview before we do a 'Meet N Greet.' When adopting through our rescue, all of the animals in each applicant's home must be UTD on all of their vaccines (DHLPP & Rabies), an UTD Heartworm Test, & currently on both Flea & Tick & Heartworm Prevention. We do call your vet to do a vet check on your animals.
