About Fynn

My name is Ashley. I rescued Fynn, 2 year old male, 4 weeks Ago near Ellenton mall in Pinellas County, Florida. He was kept out doors confined in small fenced in area tied to fence without food and water. Owner said just take him, we don't want him anymore. The first week I took him to the vet for blood work and shots. He had positive heart worm test. Started him on heart guard and doxycycline. Unfortunately, Fynn has been very stressed out in our new home. I travel back and forth to Georgia for work and do bring him with me. I believe the inconsistency in our environment is causing him to suffer from separation anxiety. I have hired a dog walker twice a day while I'm at work, but he is still overwhelmed frequently pacing and trying to break out of crates for hours at a time. There are sadly no daycares that can assist because of the hours of my work. He is also on trazodone twice a day. He has behaved well with my 6 yo German Shepherd, but his anxiety Is really starting to stress her out. He is potty trained. He Is the sweetest dog and really loves people. I am interested in finding him a more stable home where all his needs can be met. I would love for him to be placed in a loving home who could give him the attention and love that he needs.
