Rescue introduces Thelma. Thelma is a lab/walker hound mix and was born in April 2019. She was found, with her siblings, walking down a highway and dehydrated. A good sam picked them up and gave them to rescue to vet and rehome. She is a sweet girl and would be good with other dogs.
