About Atlas

Atlas has been part of our family for her entire life. Unfortunately we are relocating to Dubai, UAE and can not take her with us. Atlas has had her hips xrayed recently and has no indication of any hip problems. We've also had her lab work completed within the last year and she has no indication of any cancer or kidney problems. She's up to date on her shots. She's a very healthy senior dog who loves her people but can also hang out in her kennel and snooze. She will 'wooo' to come in or go out but doesn't alert bark. She didn't dig in the yard but does enjoy a designated dig area in her kennel. She does not get along with other dogs and will become aggressive without obvious triggers. For this reason she needs to be the only dog. She can not go on outings where she may encounter any dogs. She has bitten dogs before. She is very sweet to people and there have never been issues. She is big so she may accidentally knock small children over, but she is not aggressive with kids. She will 'wooo' at strangers, sometimes people wearing boots or hats get a woo until she gets petted and realizes they are nice. She is on senior dog food and is an easy keeper. She's only eating about 3 cups a day. She is state trained and loves to swim. Please ask for more information. Trial time is required before making the adoption official.
