Located at the Roosevelt Animal Shelter in Roosevelt Utah Rooney is a 1 to 2 year old possible Rotweiller Shepherd mix? We aren't sure what his breed is. Rooney is very quiet and calm in his kennel, once he is out of the kennel he pulls on the leash and is quite hyper. He does good with other dogs and seems to do ok with cats but may be too playful for some. The shelter is full and we need to move some dogs ASAP!
