About Jazz

Loving, smart, playful & sweet- everyone meet #Jazz. She's a 2 year old Doberman, who is about 50lbs. She's great with other dogs, kids & cats. Jazz is 100% potty trained, 100% crate trained & is great in a leash. Jazz plays a little hard to get at first, but within minutes becomes the biggest flirt. She loves to play with her foster siblings and is very gentle with Savi our special needs puppy. ���� We would like her forever home to be an active family & have another dog. Jazz is currently up for adoption through the PRO-PET-OTIC Foundation. Our adoption fee will include her distemper, rabies, bordetella, parvo, and lepto vaccines; deworming; microchip; heartworm test; & being fixed. Jazz is heartworm negative & is currently on heartworm prevention, as well as flea & tick preventative. Once you have completed the application, please print it out, fill it out, scan it, & then email it back to [email protected]. The PRO-PET-OTIC Foundation is a 100% Foster-Based Rescue that is ran by all Volunteers. Which means that we are not a shelter & each animal is in an actual home with a foster family. We kindly ask that you put any questions within the email & our team of Volunteers will get back to you within 3-7 days. The application MUST BE filled out, a Vet Check MUST BE completed by our team, as well as a phone interview before we do a 'Meet N Greet.' Please no phone calls, no pm's, & no multiple emails- We promise to get back to you within a timely fashion! When adopting through our rescue, all of the animals in each applicant's home must be UTD on all of their vaccines (DHLPP & Rabies), an UTD Heartworm Test, & currently on both Flea & Tick & Heartworm Prevention. We do call your vet to do a vet check on your animals.
