About Bandit

Adoption Fee: $75
American Staffordshire Terrier
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Hi, my name is Bandit! Bandit is a 3 year old American Staffordshire Terrier who was recently adopted from a kill shelter. He stole my heart when we discovered he was high risk for being unadoptable/unwanted. He had spent nearly a month in the shelter. Bandit is a lovely boy in need of his forever home. He is potty trained, does not chew, and loves to nap in his bed. He also walks extremely well on a leash! He would do better in a home with large dogs/no dogs. He and my small dog get along fine, but he plays too rough with her (which is not his fault at all). I saved him from being put down, and now I want to find him a home to love him forever and always. He has not shown any sign of aggression toward dogs/kids/adults. Even the shelter noted his friendliness when he was admitted. IF Bandit were to be adopted out, the adoption fee is so that I know he is going to a good home, not somewhere that is going to use him for the wrong reasons. He would also come with his things, such as: bed, leash/collar/harness, bowls, and a few toys he enjoys. I have sobbed over making this choice, but I know he would be happier elsewhere. I am just putting my nose out to see what I can do, as I am willing to pay for training so he and my small dog can coexist. When I tell you he is an amazing dog, he will lay his head in your lap and just look at you with those beautiful eyes. If you think you'd like to adopt Bandit, we request to know if you have other dogs, what breeds, and vet references. Again, just putting my nose out there. Please contact me if you have any questions. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and heart-worm negative.
