Extremely urgent! Tutu is a sweet lovable girl who longs to be able to leave the shelter alive. She is so sad in the shelter but when volunteers take her out as soon as her face meets the sunshine she just glows. She loves to be petted. She loves attention and wants to be close to her handler. She knows sit and paw. The shelter is very full. Dogs are being killed. She could be next. Please consider saving her life. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
