About Darla

Darla is a sweet and loving dog. She was rehomed with my husband and I a couple years ago when my mother moved out of state, however, we are now moving to a much smaller home and I have recently lost my job, and we do not think she will do well as she tends to be a rambunctious girl. Darla has gotten along well with our other dog, Lucy, but we are unsure if she will be good with cats, she has lived with cats in her past but it has been a long time. She is house trained and loves to hang out in her crate, which we call her bedroom. She knows several commands such as sit, lay down, high five, and go to bed. Darla is now 6 years old and is, for the most part, pretty calm. She does have lots of energy still and loves to play, her favorite game to play is tug'o war and she will play with almost anyone, be it animal or person. We would love to see Darla go into a home with a backyard where she can run and play and somewhere she will get lots of attention and love. She deserves the best!
