Maximus or better known as Hero after running to a shelter worker's rescue when he was being attacked by an aggressive dog...Max ran in and fought the dog off of the worker and actually saved his life. As a result of the fight Max experienced trauma to his right eye and is now blind in that eye. Max is super affectionate with kids and does well with other dogs! Max is just 3 years old.
