About Hippie and Teddy

Please read entire description. Hippie and Teddy are looking for a home together. Their combined adoption fee is $200. One day in early April, they were dropped off to be boarded and fast forward, their owners never came back for them. We feel 10 weeks waiting to be picked up is far too long for these babies and now legal action has been taken. They are officially surrendered. We reached out to the owner for more information and have not heard a peep, so we are doing our best to put the pieces together and work towards placement while we continue to work on vet care. Hippie was taken to the vet recently for a horrible ear infection now that their medical needs can be tended to. Upon getting her brought up to date on vetting, we found that she is also heartworm positive. Fortunately, Teddy is negative. We feel trying to place these pretty girls together in a home is worth a shot because they do well together. They are sharing a kennel run with no issue. They do get along well and are good company for each other. They get along with all people and have very sweet personalities. Hippie and Teddy are both guessed to be about 18 months old. They weigh 60 pounds each. Hippie is being treated for heartworms and will need 30 days of couch potato rest. Both girls are spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and will be heartworm negative upon adoption. Their adoption fee is $150 each or $200 for the pair. We would love to find a safe spot for both pups together preferably but will look at other options if necessary.
