About Goliath

Young puppy Goliath does not look quite as puppy in the pictures as we would like him to look. Hes much 'puppier' and smaller in person. He is a medium sized, 7-8 month old pup who was from a home with more dogs than they could care for. Goliath is sweet and friendly once he warms up to new people, but a bit timid and unsure at first. He hasn't had much life experience outside of the one home he has only known. Now that he is in a new foster home, he is thriving with other dog friends and meeting new people. Goliath does pretty well on leash and is all around a very good boy. Goliath would love a family with another dog who could help show him the ropes and have a playful friend. . He would also love a family who is ready to take on teaching a dog everything they need to know to be a loved family member. Goliath seems to have the concept of potty training down and has had less and less accidents with routine and settling into his foster home. He is also learning how to be in a crate when his people are away. Goliath is great with other dogs. We are unsure how he would be with cats, but some of his friends from the same home are doing well with cats.. We believe he would also be fine with children who understand to be gentle. Goliath is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $175.
