About Max and Kitty Boy

These two are adorable and such a unique pair! Max is a pure bred Bengal and is three years old. He is bonded with 'Kitty Boy' who is six and raised Max from the time he was a kitten. Their previous owner had some personal challenges and was no longer able to keep them due to no fault of their own. Max is quite large and has a typical Bengal personality. This means he is confident, fun and adventurous. He also knows how to relax and cuddle. Max has an obsession with treats and is capable of finding and opening the box or bag and helping himself if you're not looking! Haha! Max has a variety of sounds that he can make which are varied in tone and volume. Most of the time is quiet but he can be vocal when he is communicating with you. You will learn what each 'meow' means as you get to know him! Kitty Boy would like to be considered an 'honorary Bengal,' after all he did teach Max all there is to know about being a cat. Kitty boy loves attention, he will come sit on your lap, give head bumps and enjoys being brushed. He would be a great bed buddy if you let him sleep with you. He also takes his role as father figure quite seriously and loves grooming Max and other kittens and cats. Both Max and Kitty Boy have an affinity for the out of doors. Max could possibly be trained to walk on a leash. A new owner might enjoy providing them with a catio or screened porch to enjoy bird watching and the sunshine while keeping them safe. The cats are excellent at using the litter box, good eaters, healthy, up to date on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and dewormed.. They have both been in a home with other cats and did well and have spent time around small dogs which they did fine with. They could potentially do well with dogs in the home with a slow and proper introduction allowing them time to get to know each other at a safe space. They could also do really well with respectful children. Having a bonded pair of cats is great! They entertain each other and you don't need to feel guilty about leaving them home alone while you're at work. They will interact with each other while you're away and be ready to spend time with you when you return. Please feel free to message me with any questions or for a meet and greet.
