About Blick

Blick is available via Pause for Dogs Rescue. Blick is about 3 years old, about 55-60 cm at shoulder, 20-25 kg. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Very sweet and a bit shy with strangers but gets used them quickly, especially for if treats are involved. Gentle, communicable, loves hugs and kisses once you get to know him. Gets along well with all dogs. He is ok with cats - he avoids them when they are closeby and seems a bit scared of them! Walks on leash and takes car rides well. He was picked off the streets of Moscow region at 4 months old, and has been in a shelter since. It's very difficult to adopt out black pets in Russia as people generally hold superstitions about them. He would love to live in Canada! Blick has been waiting for his forever home for some time and would do so well with a loving person or family who can bring him out of his shell.
