Baxter is a male 20 week old Blue Heeler cross. Very friendly, even with strangers. He was kept in an apartment alone, for 5-6 days at a time, neglected..He was rescued and taken to the Rockingham County Animal Shelter in Wentworth, NC. Very loving and outgoing, UTD on vaccines, heart worm negative.
