Toby is ready to be adopted. He has an even temperament most of the time with a touch of spunk thrown in. Toby generally minds his own business around other dogs but has some passionate comments for some of the other, larger male dogs.Toby is very people friendly. He enjoys being petted and is happy being picked up..He is super food motivated and loves the Kongs filled with peanut butter. Toby will be treated for heartworm and neutered through generous donations from the AWL.
