About Felicia

This cat is not spayed but is in good health and can be spayed per our vet. Having her spayed is still possible at her age it just requires a little extra healing time. Felicia is a healthy 11 year old female ragdoll who we are looking to re-home to the right person or couple. She is very dear to us but, unfortunately, we are unable to keep her at this time. We prefer that she goes to a home without other animals or small children just to make the transition easier for her. We have had her for about 6 years and keep in touch with her original owner who was unable to keep her. We are looking for someone who would be willing to give us updates on occasion and if possible we would like to visit her to make sure she is transitioning well into her new home. Felicia is an average energy cat for a senior. She sleeps a lot of the day and is active in the evening and morning. She loves being brushed and needs a good brushing at least once a week. She is not a lap cat but she loves to sit next to you on the sofa or chair and likes petting but not to be over petted. Felicia would do best in a quiet and tidy home with one or two people and no other pets. We would like whoever wants to adopt Felicia to come and meet her in our home and then we would want to deliver her to your home if you are local. If you have had an animal in the past we would like to know which veterinarian you used and intend to use in the future. She has bitten and scratched us when we first got her. She has calmed down since then but it will take her a bit to adjust to a new home and will need to warm up to you.
