About Oliver

Oliver is a shy 5 year old Jack Russell Terrier mix looking for his forever home. He weighs 13 pounds and is full grown. Oliver is a sweet boy but will need a patient home that will let him warm up at his own pace. He has done well with women but will need more time and patience to warm up to any men in the home. Oliver has never been around children that we know of, if there are any children in the home it may be best if they are dog savvy and will understand his boundaries. Once he is comfortable, Oliver is a loving boy who loves to go for walks, runs, and snuggle! He has previously lived with other dogs, small and large, but does not understand boundaries or canine social cues. Oliver has no fear towards putting himself in another dogs personal space and may need training if there are any other dogs in the home. Please bring the whole family to meet with Oliver before adoption, including any dogs in the home. He is house broken (and learning how to tell his people when he needs to go out), partially kennel trained, knows how to use a doggy doggy door, walks great on a leash and rides well in the car! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. His adoption fee is $260. His adoption includes a free vet visit and 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet him, come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. Please call for location on the weekends as we have off site events some dogs attend.
