About Sheba

Adoption Fee: 50
Domestic Cat
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Months ago we noticed a colony of stray cats living at an abandoned house in downtown (a common dumping spot). Over the past few months we've been bringing them here. They're getting vet care, being socializing (if needed), & put up for adoption. This is Sheba, a 3yro black DSH. She was one of those cats, but she is now safe. Sheba was feral, & had never had direct human contact. According to their feeder, she'd been at the home for awhile, & had multiple litters of kittens there. She was pregnant again & we'd tried to catch her for wks w/ no luck. Finally, we were able to rescue her while giving birth to her last litter, (which are also for adoption). Sheba was thoroughly checked out at the spay clinic, & was given a clean bill of health! She was spayed & given a TNR eartip. Worming is UTD, & FeLV/FIV combo tested negative. She was vaccinated for FVRCP & Rabies. We've socialized her, & she's turned out to be a very sweet cat who loves head scratches. Sheba's litter box trained & could be a house cat for someone experienced w/ neglected animals. This girl had a rough start in life, & deserves a good furever home. Will you adopt this sweet girl? Adoption fee is $50. Located in Letcher County.
