Mom and son dogs need loving home(s) after suffering hunger, neglect and abandonment. Mom with her seven puppies ran rampant on busy streets until animal control picked them up. These two escaped and we provide for them while hoping to find a home. Not able to keep them, their place is temporary and problematic to isolate, in need of urgent rescue. Our organization set to help needy people but we try to help needy animals the best we can. Mom looks to be chocolate lab mixed with pit, and son has same features but light color with most beautiful eyes. Seeking experienced dog lovers, able to train with loving kindness and patience. Dogs are submissive, fast learners, easily bond, engaging, and curiously explore their environment. We see too many dogs chained up or abandoned in this impoverished inner city neighborhood, having miserable lives. Thus we are asking for adoption fee only to make sure that dogs go to good home(s), or ask future owners to allow us to evaluate the dogs' new home situation. These dogs had their share of suffering for life, mom especially, please do not consider them for outside dogs nor should keep them on chain. Need vet care, shuts, spaying, do not have papers. Mom dog is youthful, healthy looking, affectionate and son is about 8 months old, still shy and bit fearful due to neglect, but getting closer and happier day by day.
