About Bella

Sweet Bella still needs a home! She is the sweetest little compact bundle of squishiness! She is way too nice a girl to have to live where she can't be with the people, and has to spend too much time alone in a room so the resident dog can't see her. She LOVES people! She is so happy and goofy and sweet, she brightens your life. She has had tough break after tough break and deserves a home that will love her and her happiness and take care of her forever. She is housebroken, trusted in the house, pretty good on the leash, and no anxiety or destructive issues. Due to a couple of fights with the resident dog, which we believe are started by him, she does need a home with no other dogs. She is also working on excitability and jumping (which she is getting better at and btw, while naughty, is so hecking cute) so probably no small children. She does fine on walks when she sees other dogs. She hasn't for me but I guess sometimes with other people she has gotten excited and barky (but when she got loose accidentally once she ran over to other dog and rolled over showing her tummy - so we really don't think she is starting the fights). She is not super active, gets the cutest zoomies, but gets tired pretty quick on walks. She is only 3 yrs old, spayed, vaccinated, healthy. And cute as h-e-doublehockeysticks. So why can't she find a home to love her and give her the life she deserves!? She is loved here but cannot stay much longer, the possibility of another fight is too stressful for everyone, humans and dogs. Her owner, who brought her here almost a year ago to be watched temporarily, can't take her back due to life issues. Bella brings happiness to everyone she meets (she reminds me SO much of my foster Jax(fka Red). A home would be so lucky to have her. But no one will step up for her. She needs that person, the person that will be able to give her a home of her own, forever. And they will be rewarded with all the love and joy in her wiggly little body (that's a lot of love and joy!). *Bella is in my brother's care and since I do a lot of rescue work I am helping him find her a forever home. There will be a questionnaire for those interested in Bella and a home visit and references will be required. He can't keep her in the current situation much longer but he is not looking to just give her to anyone that will take her, it must be someone who will give her a good home and take good care of her. We all live her!
