About Longfellow

Meet Longfellow! Our long-legged and dapper Longfellow is a gentlemanly fellow with a kind and gentle nature and a sweet old soul. Longfellow loves to sit quietly at your side and keep you company, and though his back legs are a little weak and he has limited vision, he still enjoys leisurely walks and being out-and-about. He's 12 years old and weighs approximately 19-lbs. Longfellow has mega esophagus, which requires him to eat 'standing up.' We are having a special chair built for him to help with his eating and digestion. Longfellow gets along well with other dogs and appears to be cat friendly. He's the perfect dog to keep you company and he'll make every day a little better. He loves lots of kisses and hugs. Longfellow is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, bloodwork, dental, fecal tested. Adoption process includes application, interview, home visit, contract and donation.
