About DUNCAN

Duncan is a handsome 6 year old American Bulldog. He is very affectionate, gentle and friendly with people. He does not react to cats when he sees them at the vet or dogs on the street, but should be the only pet in a home. He is crate trained, walks easily on leash and knows basic obedience commands (sit, down, touch, don't do that ;-). He is not overly active, preferring to just hang out - on couch or just near you. He will go on a walk with you but is just as happy to take a trip to the back yard with you. He will be happy to see you, but does not jump on people. He doesn't guard his food or toys. He will let you take both from him. He learns very quickly. He likes women just fine, but you can tell he's really a guy's guy. He will be best matched with an individual or family with no children. UTD on shots/health cert available/heart worm negative. Skin allergies crop up from time to time but can be easily managed. We'd love to see him with a family of his very own that loves him as much as we do! Although we'd love to see Duncan in a permanent home, we are also accepting foster applications for this beautiful boy!
