About Bocephus

Bocephus is searching high and low for that country music fanatic that has been looking for a really good boy to add to their family. Bo was surrendered to SVASC when his elderly parents were no longer able to keep up with his energy. He's an active, young dog that is hoping to find a family that likes to go for lots of walks or has a yard that he could play in. We don't think that Bo has spent much time inside and so he may not be house-trained. He's a very smart, eager to please boy, though, so he should be easy to train. Bocephus is also working really hard on his leash manners and is getting better everyday; he just needs some practice to perfect his manners. This handsome boys previous owners report that he is good with other dogs. He previously lived with pups and didn't have any issues and so we think he'd do just fine in a home with other playful dogs. Bo hasn't met any cats yet, so if you've got kitties please contact an adoption counselor. Bocephus is a very playful, rambunctious dog and so we feel he is best suited for a home without young children. He just doesn't understand his size and might accidentally knock someone over.
