About Salty

Salty is a 3yr old purebred German Sherperd. Very loving, but doesn't get along with other dogs. Extremely smart. Can learn anything you want to train him to do as long as you are kind, patient and loving. Learned to potty train in one day and has never made a mess in the house ever. Doesn't and has never chewed up so much as a shoe. Loves to catch his frisby and can and will jump and clear a fence like a horse to do it. He is hand signal trained to sit, lay down, stay, come, back, speak and we even taught him 'ears down' because he likes to lay on our bed with us and watch TV and his ears can block the view. We live at the beach and he loves to swim and fetch a stick. He also knows: get it, bring it, and drop it when playing fetch. He is beyond beautiful. We will be so sad to see him go, but he does not like to go for rides and cannot be brought with us when we travel in our motorhome.
