About Oliver Twist

Oliver Twist is a 7 month old male Chihuahua, about 4 pounds. Twist is a shy, quiet guy who likes to play with toys and wrestle with his brother Stitch. He is snugly and loving but takes a bit to warm up. Good with dogs of all sizes, people and kids. Cats unknown. He has idiopathic seizures but is not currently on any medications. Adopters must understand that he might require further vet studies and medication in the future and be prepared for that future expense. No children under 12 as he is super delicate. Owner surrender. Smidget Rescue is not a shelter, and dogs cannot be seen at the Rescue location. All dogs are fostered throughout the Puget Sound area and are brought to the events where they can be met by prospective adopters. Notice: We do not ship dogs out of state. If you live within a five-hour radius of Seattle, WA, (such as Portland, Vancouver B.C., etc.), we can arrange for a home visit. If your home seems like a great fit for the dog you would like to adopt, you must then drive to meet the dog at one of our weekend events or at the fosters home.
