About Zoey R

Hi, my name is Zoey R. I'm a seven year old, 9 pound, female Yorkie. I've been spayed, microchipped and I'm up to date on all my shots. I am taking a little medication for a skin condition but I'm doing great and shouldn't need that much longer. I can't wait for my hair to grow out after my grooming and know I will be beautiful! I'm a little shy as I came from a very overcrowded situation and haven't had much interaction with people. But don't worry about that because I'm starting to get the hang of this attention thing and I kinda like it... a lot! I love my foster mom! I'm by her side all the time. I like to be real close, so I have to be touching her or sitting in her lap. I like to sleep on the bed with my foster mom too but I will sleep in my own bed if I have to. I'm around lots of other dogs and do great with all of them. I don't really interact with them though much though, so I would be fine as an only dog. I haven't been cat tested or kid tested but, because of my size, I would probably do better with older kids. I'm not real active but do enjoy sitting outside and I do play with toys from time to time. I just haven't had a lot of toys in the past so it's still a bit new to me. I like to talk to you and will get your attention with a single bark. I'm not yappy dog at all but I do like to remind you that I am still here! Did I mention I'm also house trained? I can use the pet door but I will also bark at the door if I need you to take me out. If I sound like the kind of dog you've been searching for, please make arrangements to come see me.
