About Annie

Annie is available for adoption. She's currently fostered in Bradenton, FL (Manatee County). She is an 8 to 9-year-old greyhound shepherd mix with a quiet, laid back personality who loves being petted and hanging out with her person. She enjoys sleeping late in her dog bed, lounging on the sofa, and eating canned dog food (although she will eat a little dry food). She has some hearing loss with high pitches and soft noises, but she can hear and respond to louder sounds. Thunder can be bit scary, but she settles easily with a calming chew. Annie has no problem being left home alone for hours, and she promises to greet her person enthusiastically when they return with a play bow and a wiggle butt. She tolerates other dogs, but would do well as an only dog. Annie is a great companion and just wants to share her day with her person, whether it's relaxing, going for a walk, or having an adventure in the car. She is crate trained, house trained, good on the leash, up-to-date on her vaccines, spayed and heartworm negative.
