About Teddy

Teddy is a purebred AKC registered Shar pei, he is the love of my life and this is incredibly hard for me. He has become agressive with some of our male dogs and has snapped at my toddler. My husband will no longer allow me to keep him. He does have SPAID AKA shar pei fever. He takes apple cider vinegar pills when he has flare ups and it always resolves very quickly (vet agrees with method) we had him on colchicine but he was consistently having fevers. He loves trips in the car but needs Dramamine on long road trips. He sits plays fetch and is only 14 inches tall but around 58 lbs last time we we went to the vet. STRONG VET REFERENCES REQUIRED TO ADOPT!!!! I would very much love him to go to someone that wouldn't mind sending updates here and there. He hasn't had a fever in almost a year now and appears rather healthy. I'm happy to provide my vet references also.
