Normandy (Norm) Cane Corso Male 7 years old 120 pounds With the 75th Anniversary of D-Day, it is only fitting that I am named after it. Most people associate Normandy with war- much like people associate Cane Corso's with 'guard dogs'- however, I think I break all stereotypes. I think of myself as a sweet and docile old man who loves nothing more than a good nap and TLC from my humans. I have been described as gentle, smart and well mannered. I have been a total gentleman when meeting new dogs friends. I live with 3 little chihuahuas and we are the best of friends. I keep to myself, wait my turn when feeding, and never potty in the home. Much like those brave soldiers in 1944, I have been through some hard times. As a stray, little is known about my history, but my eyes tell a story. I am loyal to my people, I give love and affection to those that need it, I respect my dog peers, and welcome anyone with open paws. My favorite quote from Band of Brothers sums up perfectly what I am looking for in my golden years- 'You all deserve long and happy lives in peace'- If you think we'd be great comrades and could share a life of peace together, fill out an application at www.pawsco.org.
