About Foxy - PENDING

Adoption Fee: $375
Lab / German Shepherd
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Female

Just in time to enjoy the Vermont Summer. Meet Foxy! She is excited to be in VT and ready to join you on your outdoor adventures. Going for a hike? She'd love to explore with you. Heading out on your boat? Bring her along so she can feel the wind in her face. Foxy is 3-4 months old and gets along great with other dogs. She enjoys playing and cuddling - perfect balance. Foxy's foster mom describes her as the happiest dog she's ever met. Her tail is always wagging. Her foster mom shared: 'Foxy is a sweet and snuggly pup. She loves camping and sitting by the fire. She gets along well with other dogs and plays well with kids. She is house and crate trained and learning the leash well.' We do not provide DNA testing which is the only way to know with certainty which breeds are in her genetic background. Our best guess is that she is a Lab/Shepherd mix. We expect her to reach 45-50 pounds as an adult, but we can not guarantee size at maturity. Highlights about Foxy: - Enjoys playing with other dogs - Housebroken - Crate trained - Affectionate, friendly, curious - Up-to-date on vaccines - Loves to spend time with people - Eager to learn - Not spayed* * Based on current veterinary recommendations, Foxy has not been spayed due to her young age. We do require proof of this procedure at a later date as part of the terms of our Adoption Agreement. Please discuss the correct time for this to be done with your veterinarian. We can provide a $75 rebate once the procedure is completed. Our adoption fee is $375 which includes age appropriate vaccines (such as Distemper, Bordetella, Parvo, Rabies), worming, micro-chipping, and health exam. Discount vouchers for training, grooming and similar dog related products and services are provided. NEW: First vet visit is now FREE with participating VT veterinarians.
