PERSIE IN KINGS MOUNTAIN NC WAITS FOR SOMEONE TO LOVE HER-OUT OF STATE TRANSPORT IS AVAILABLE FOR A GOOD HOME HI! My name is Persie and I've got to be the saddest girl in the kennel right now. I had a home and a person who loved me a lot but my world was turned upside down in a minute. My person was getting bad pains and after a while a truck with big lights and loud sounds came and took him away. He never came back to me. His family came for a while and they give me food and let me in the back yard so I could do my business. But one day they put me out and never came back. The neighbors called the people at animal control and they picked me up as a stray. That was awful but what's worst of all is I miss my human. I hope someone can love me again....Persie is a 4 to 5 year old, 47 lb pit mix. She is SUCH a sweet girl! She is relaxed, and calm; she walks well on the leash, and is in general, a really good girl! She is good with other dogs and good with the cats. She loves being pet and stay right by your side for as long as you will rub her. I currently reside in a boarding kennel in Kings County, NC because my Rescue doesn't have a foster family for me. I don't mind it here; everyone is kind and loving but I spend a lot of time alone and wish that special someone would find me and take me for a walk... off into the sunset. Maybe it's you! If so, come get me soon!!! Persie's adoption fee is $180, if you live close enough to pick her up at kennel. CHP rescue will transport her to a suitable out-of-state adopter.
