About Dede

Dede is a precious 5 year old Pug/ Chihuahua mix looking for her forever home. She weighs 11 pounds and is full grown. Dede is a very timid girl that will need a patient home willing to give her time to adjust in her new home and to build trust with her people. She loves other animals including cats and dogs of all sizes, big and small! Dede needs a canine companion in her home to make her feel more comfortable and will hopefully show her that people aren't so scary. She has done well with men, women, and older gentle children that understand she will need time to warm up. Though she does prefer hanging around her canine pals, over time she will feel more comfortable coming around at her own pace. Dede is house broken and kennel trained. She does walk well on a leash but is not fond of walks. She would do best in a home with a secure yard where she can get out her spurts of energy with her canine friends and feel comfortable in a familiar environment. While here with AZSDR she received a dental cleaning and polishing with a total of 6 teeth extractions. She also does have a benign mass on her right hind leg that has been vet checked and requires no further medical attention. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked.
