About Meeka

Meeka is a super sweet, but skittish 3 year old Pit Bull mix hoping to find her forever home with you! Meeka found herself homeless when her mom was unable to continue caring for her and her puppies. Meeka's puppies have all found homes and now she's hoping that it's her turn. Meeka is a very sweet gal. She can be pretty timid with new people, but if you give her the chance to warm up, she can be a total snuggle bug. Meeka previously lived with other dogs and kids, so we know that she's good with both. We think that she'd be happiest in a home without any very young children, though. Meeka is making great progress on her leash manners, but still has a little ways to go. She's very smart though and so she'll get the hang of it in no time. Meeka also appears to be house-trained.
