About Max

Max is a sweet, sensitive guy that loves his people. He is approximately six years old, up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, and in good health. Max will do best in a home where he is included in family outings and won't be left alone most of the day. He is gentle with children, he does well with the cat he is currently living with, and is good with most dogs. He will bark to alert you when someone comes to the door, but not excessively. Max enjoys the adventure of the outdoors - hiking, jumping and climbing on logs, and getting in the water (on leash). Car rides are one of his favorite things and he travels very well. Max hasn't had training but he is good on leash and likes going for walks. Max can be a bit shy when he first meets new people, but warms up quickly and will want to be your best friend. He's likes to snuggle up in your lap and will be happy to hang with you for movie night.
