Emmy Lou is a young pittie girl who has been through a lot in life. She found herself pregnant at a high kill shelter in Texas. The shelter decided to abort her babies when she was almost full term :( Then she found herself on the kill list. Our rescue saved her and brought her to WA state to give her a chance at some redemption from the cruel life she has had so far. Emmy is a small girl, only about 40 lbs. She loves to snuggle with her human. She does not react to walking by cats. She has previously reacted to other female dogs but doesn't have any issues with male dogs (watch her video playing with a big male dog). She is a total sweetheart and deserves a great home. She would do best in a home with a male big dog to play with or with just her and her human or family. She has NO reactivity or aggression with people. She is very submissive with people actually. She can be walked by dogs she doesn't know with no problems, but any interactions with female dogs would require slow introductions, just to be safe. She is an absolute doll and will be a great pet in the right situation. If you are interested in adopting Emmy, please complete our adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/82677586784176
