Hi, my name is BABY - ID#A2924506 I am a spayed female, white and brown American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 9 years old, and I have been at the shelter since May 25, 2019. Baby was found as a stray, and was chipped. We were able to reach her owner, but they had disposed of her to someone else, and would get in touch with the person and would head down and pick her up. Obviously they never showed up. So Baby is just another disposable dog. She has a very sweet disposition and still seems to be happy, but the heat here is already hard on her. She has the normal old lady bumps on her and is a bit overweight. She did well in her playgroup assessment, and gets along fine with other dogs, and just loves people. We are hoping someone with a big heart will rescue this beautiful girl. Unless we find a home pretty quick for Baby, she will face euthanasia. The shelter is already full, and the odds of adopting out an older dog are already slim. Baby would reward you with unconditional love for the rest of her golden years.
