About Roxy

Roxy is a Pit Lab mix, she's approx 1 1/2-2 years old. Roxy is great with other dogs, she prefers another dog to keep her company, she's great with kids and curious about cats. Roxy is a rescue but unfortunately I can't keep her permanently as I have a dog and cat but wanted to save her from being euthanized, get her up to date on her shots and spayed and help her heal from previous abuse and neglect and give her a chance to find her forever home.She has ALOT OF LOVE to give!! She walks well on a leash is use to a crate and for the most part is house broken, has random accidents if left alone in the house for more than 6-8 hours. Roxy loves to cuddle!! She's very content laying on the couch getting loving and being lazy OR she will bring you her rope when she's ready to play. She's been trained to an underground fencing system and a remote fencing system as well, she learned her boundaries quickly, she knows the commands Come, Sit, Potty, Lay down, Cookie (dog biscuit ) and go to bed. She loves laying in her crate with the door open and seems to feel secure there. She's very food driven and listens almost always when there's a 'cookie' reward. I want Roxy to be loved by her new family and spoiled as much as she has been with me, she's primarily an inside dog and is use to having another dog in the house with her.
