About Beau

Beau is a very handsome boy who was found as a stray but must have had an owner at one time. He is well behaved and loves other dogs and people. He is way too interested in cats to be around them. He has not been around children. Beau is house and crate trained. He also knows how to use a doggy door and knows the sit command. He is very smart and learns very easily. He learned the doggy door in a matter of minutes and uses it regularly. He has a medium energy level. He loves chewing on his toys and getting treats. Sometimes he confuses shoes for chew toys but he will drop thrm when told no. He is a good listener and comes when he is called. Beau is heartworm positive but is currently undergoing treatment. He is doing well with his treatment and should be available for adoption soon. However, we are taking adoptions applications for Beau in the meantime.
