Every time he is surrendered Roscoe is not to blame but adopters have had living arrangement issues that don't allow him anymore. How sad to be failed so many times by families he loved. Roscoe can be vocal inside but is easy to leash and walks nicely. He preferred chewing a tennis ball over anything else. The way he chewed it, I could see the stress the shelter is having on him. Roscoe is such a lover. He came over to me, sat with his back to me so he could slide down for belly rubs. He allowed handling all over including teeth and paws. After a few minutes he got up to go find his ball again. Roscoe knows sit and takes treats gently but wasn't very interested in them. If you give him a ball, you will be his best friend. Came in as an owner surrender on 4/6/19 and is available for rescue NOW! Surrendered for landlord issues, lived with children.
