Hello! My name is Tomas. I am an 8-9 year old Yorkie/Silky Terrier. I weigh approximately 11 lbs. Lots of people love my funny appearance and personality. I have no teeth and came into Puppy Pals in bad shape physically from the shelter. I've had a rough life. I came from a local dog shelter in Dayton. Before that I had been mistreated and was confiscated by the police from my bad owner. I'm living in style now at Puppy Pals Rescue. I'm neutered and all my shots have been updated. I got groomed and I am getting special baths for my skin. I have plenty of food, my own doggie bed and crate, and most importantly��%BD'��%BD| all the love in the world now. People who meet me think I'm a special guy. I have a very funny personality. You'll love me! I can be grumpy sometimes because I prefer to be left alone from all the young pups here in my foster home. I enjoy eating in peace - some of these young pups here can be annoying. I prefer to lie in my soft bed and enjoy peace and quiet. However, I can be just as noisy as the others. I am somewhat of a barker. I like to bark at people who walk by or who come to the door. I bark when I want to eat. I am a typical sweet Yorkie boy and a great watchdog! I can't bite anyone though - I have no teeth! Don't let the not having teeth fool you! I can inhale food just as fast as the next pup here. I love to go outside and potty. My foster mom keeps a belly band on me at times because I have had some accidents. I'm okay with it and stand still for it to be put on me. I am looking for a quiet home who will accept me as I am. Please��%BD'��%BD| no young children in the home full time. I would be best suited for someone who knows my breed. An older single person or a retired couple might be best for me. A fenced-in yard is preferred; however, PPR might make an exception if I am kept on a leash when outside at ALL times! I'm okay being the only dog - or if you have another dog, I'd prefer it to be older like me. My foster home is looking for the right forever home for me. I deserve a 2nd chance at life to be happy for once. Please consider an older dog like me - you won't regret it.
