About Rosie

This cute little Australian Cattle Dog mix girl is Rosie. She is 6 years old and weighs 30 pounds. Rosie is a smart girl and well trained. She knows her name, sit, down, stay, come, heel, wait at doors, crate, and place/bed. She also knows a few tricks: Hand touch, spin, up, and through your legs. Rosie is house and crate trained. She is good with men, women, and neutral to kids. However, we don't place herders with kids 5 and under. It's too difficult. Anyhow, Rosie loves to lay around and be where you are. She may be good with dog savvy cats who know that they should not run and is neutral around chickens. Rosie is a home body but also likes to explore the outdoors. She loves to lay by your feet. She loves to learn and has an independent working dog mind, so she will appreciate someone who exercises her mind and gives her direction. She will not be happy in a home with other dogs or be a dogpark or doggy play date type of dog. She loves her people and is happy without doggy friends. Rosie is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. She is located in Clayton, CA. We do not ship our dogs. She is available for a meeting and adoption. A home visit and vet reference are required.
