My name is VENUS - ID#A4228367 I am a spayed female, white and brown American Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 3 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Mar 18, 2019. The muse you have been looking for! This beauty enjoys the company of other doggy-playmates, tennis balls and splashing around in pools. Venus needs a foster or adopter who can provide the structure and routine she needs, in return you'll receive the love of a goddess; sounds like a fair trade. If you have a dog at home, bring them in and we can help with a meet and greet prior to adopting (always recommended!). I adore this little monkey, but she is just not one to handle shelter life. She recently spent 10 days on bite quarantine for nipping a customer (who stuck a finger INSIDE the kennel). This did her no favors, as a lot of people will shy away from a dog for this reason. If an outlet is not found for Venus pretty soon, she will face euthanasia. Please consider giving this sweet girl a home and save her life.
