This is ALAN - ID#A4230670 He is a neutered male, black and white American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff thinks he is about 2 years and 3 months old, and I has been at the shelter since Mar 22, 2019. Alan is a calm and cool gentleman, and is in immediate help to find a home. He knows 'sit', and is very polished in his demeanor. Being a black pittie with good manners usually means, people don't notice him as they pass through the kennels, and he gets overlooked. Too bad, because Alan would make a great walking or hiking buddy, and would show you unconditional love for the rest of his days. Since he has been at the shelter so long, those days may soon come to an end. If you already have a dog, please bring it down to meet Alan and see if they get along before taking him home with you.
