This is KEVIN - ID#A4264551 He is a male, neutered, white and tan Labrador Retriever mix. The shelter staff thinks he is about 3 years old, and has been at the shelter since May 28, 2019. Kevin is timid, but he is super sweet. He isn't a fan of leash walking and has a hitch in his git-along that is known as ataxia. It doesn't appear to be painful, but the shelter does not have the means to determine the cause. A family vet will have to address this issue when he is adopted. He moves a bit oddly and looks to his people for comfort in the scary shelter environment. Due to the potential medical issues a complete dog to dog assessment wasn't done but he was interested in the dogs in the next yard and remained loose and friendly. He is listed at around 3 yrs old. To me he looks like he could have some sight hound in his mix. Kevin is at immediate risk of going on the euthanasia list if we can't find a home for him. He is very sweet and gentle, and would make a wonderful life-long companion who would give you unconditional love. Please consider saving this sweet little guy.
