About Buckwheat

Buckwheat, Corgi/Border Collie mix, 2 yrs., 20 lbs. Buckwheat is a great little dog but is shy and hasn't had a lot of life experiences. He grew up with his brothers and sister living outside in terrible conditions and they were probably never taken outside of the pen they were in until they were surrendered to Homeward Bound Rescue. He will need a lot of love, patience and work to help him see how wonderful life can be. Buckwheat is good with other dogs and would do better in a home with a well-adjusted dog to learn from and someone home most of the time to work with him and give him the attention he deserves.
