About Rukia

Rukia is a very playfull affectionate pitpull that will make any able owner very happy to have her. A friend of my Son saved her from the kill list at a shelter, then was unable to keep her. I volunteered to foster her for a few months but the person just never took to the steps to change his situation and take possession of her. My landlord gave me permission to foster her for 3 months. that was is October. Rukia is still here waiting for a new owner. I am trying my best to save her, but am running out of options. I cant walk her because I have health issues and she doesn't like other dogs. My Son has also neglected his responsibilities, which has left me trying to resolve this issue.
