About Zoey

Hi, I'm Zoey. I am a little girl at 35 lbs and about 2 years old. I love to play with tennis balls and my kong ball, play tug-a-war and chew Nylabones! Zoey was found as a stray. She will be spayed before going to her forever home. Fenced yard is a must for this girl, she has moderate energy but loves to run and play. She needs to be an inside dog as that's apparently what she was used to; she is house-trained and crate trained. I've been leaving her out when I go to work and she loves to steal stinky socks/tennis shoes and hide them! This sweet girl has a lot of personality! She walks like a pro on her leash and loves going for car rides. She likes her spot on the couch but she knows her spot is where ever you put her blanket. She's shy of new people but wants to be everyone's friend and needs someone who will be patient with her. She warms up quickly and is very sensitive to 'No'. She knows her commands and learns new ones quickly. She does well with other dogs, she has met my three without any issues. However she needs to be in a single dog home as she does best in this environment. She loves laying at your feet and is your shadow around the house. This girl deserves a wonderful forever home, I would keep her if I didn't have 3 rescues already. Adoption fee is $100 as we had to get her up to date on shots, heartworm and spayed.
